Policies
Deposits
$100.00 per person deposit is required for All-Inclusive Canoe Trip Packages.
$50.00 non-refundable deposit for all partial outfitting and canoe.
$50.00 non-refundable deposit for bunkhouse.
Balance due upon arrival.
Permit fees are not part of the deposit.
Payments
We accept cash, cashiers checks, travelers checks, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. All payments made by credit card will be charged a 3% processing fee.
Cancellations
Deposits and permit reservation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, if you need to cancel you may transfer your deposit (less a $50 service fee) to a future trip under your name within the same season. Travel permits are neither refundable nor applicable to future trips.
Refunds
No refund for trips terminated early due to weather, etc. You are financially responsible for all equipment, food, transportation and accommodations reserved in your name.
